In 2012, half of ISM’s founding team started working together at what was then a little startup and later grew into XPO Logistics. During their time with XPO they were able to take active roles in leading and building out different departments, setting and executing strategy and developing enterprise software solutions still in place today. Over the years the team went their separate ways to hone their skills at other companies and industries. Still staying connected and working together on various projects, the team came back together along with 3 additional founders to form International Solutions Management with a passion for helping clients, creating effective technology, and building a world-class company that aids global trade with supply chain solutions. Through the processes of helping our clients and partners, ISM is committed to delivering value, being transparent and honest.
