Throughout his decades-long career, Mr. Hinners has excelled in leading global sales & operations for a number of multinational supply chain and logistics firms. A native of Germany, Justus and his family have lived and worked in many countries throughout South America, giving him a great sense of local culture, customs, langue and business.
Mr. Zhang resides in Beijing China with his family and list many professional accomplishments to his name. A graduate of CEIBS AMP, Mr. Zhang has cofounded and managed many successful international companies based in Asia and currently leads ISM’s sales and operations in the region.
Before joining ISM Ralf was 30 years in senior management positions in Logistics with several Ocean carriers running container liner services, container fleets and depot networks all around the globe. Ralf is an expert in asset management, container leasing, container depots and terminals as well as in technical and IT aspects in the maritime arena of container shipping. Ralf is a leader with highly effective motivational and team management skills and has handled complex mergers and acquisitions integrating logistical processes and organizations. Ralf likes travelling and spending time with the family and with his hobbies of photography and cooking.
Tyler has over a decade of operational leadership experience with a record built around new venture startups as well as establishing new departments and verticals for pre-established organizations. His focus has always been geared towards continual process improvements and sustainability of output while limiting operational resources. Tyler believes in strong culture where the integrity of the individuals defines the integrity of the organization.
Adam possesses 15+ years of experience in Transportations and technology development in an array of industries including Logistics and Energy. Forever approaching his work with enthusiasm and excitement, Adam questions convention and looks for new and effective ways to drive value from technology.
Quick to spot new opportunities and making connections, Adam has been an influential leader of numerous organizations, creating innovative products for several Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. Adam tries to spend as much time as possible traveling with his family, exploring the outdoors, and working on his culinary expertise.
Before joining ISM, Chad spent over a decade in corporate banking, focusing on treasury, mergers & acquisitions, capital, liquidity, and investor relations. Chad earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University, and MBA from Villanova University. In his free time, Chad is passionate about golf, with a goal of playing in every state (30 to date).
Eddie has 12+ years in Supply Chain and is a highly successful leader holding critical roles in startups. He has held executive and key management roles for medium-sized startups to Fortune 500 companies. He leads the company’s day-to-day vision, strategy, and execution. In his free time, Eddie enjoys golfing, skiing, and mountain biking.
Alan started his professional life as a banker with Lazard’s in London, and then joined his family’s business, MacGregor a major player in shipping equipment worldwide, which was sold in the early 80’s to Kone, a Finnish industrial group. He remained in the industry as owner operator of Peck & Hale (the US based Container Lashing equipment company) but also invested and actively participated in several start-ups in the online platform world, which he remained with until their successfully exit. He is today an Operating Partner at a Luxemburg based Private Equity firm. He serves as a chairman at 2 different companies, one in the HR field, and the other being ISM, ad remains passionate about the Shipping Industry. Alan earned a master’s degree in Management from the Sloan School at MIT.
